I understand if you have that policy but for me i think its a case to case basis. For example if your office is on the 1st level and the location of the beauty parlor is on the 3rd level and you will only spending 2-3 mins. to go there, is it not applicable if you will call first to know if there is an available to assist you or maybe they will tell you that mam if you will come after 3 mins we will accomodate you but after the given time you will not arrive we will give it to another customer, i am only suggesting that because that is also a 1 way of maintaning customers. Its so hassle and bad trip that if you getting there you will wait 15-30 mins which wasting time.
